Marketing

Once the house is ready and the listing price set, the marketing campaign begins.  Anne’s marketing strategy is aimed at reaching the broadest possible range of buyers.  The first step is to carefully analyze your property to determine specific target markets appropriate to affect its sale.   Anne will design a creative and effective marketing plan which may include professional photography, a property brochure, individual web site, advertising in publications that have appropriate demographics and affiliated web sites, multiple listing services, targeted mailing, a virtual tour and exposing your property to other real estate professionals. 


Negotiating

The negotiation process deals with much the same issues for both buyers and sellers.  There are a myriad of negotiating factors, including, but not limited to price, financing, terms, date of possession, and often the inclusion or exclusion of repairs and furnishings or equipment.  Anne will help you objectively evaluate every buyer’s proposal without compromising your marketing position. 


Monitoring, Renegotiating and Closing

Between the initial sales agreement and closing (or settlement), questions may arise.  Anne will assist you in resolving these issues, track all important dates and move the transaction to closing.
